  • Check Your Parcels Before Pickup
    Please verify all parcels to be shipped one day before the scheduled pickup. Make sure each box has the waybill attached and is securely sealed with tape. It is recommended to take photos of all the packages before sending for your records.

  • Be Available on Pickup Day
    Ensure someone is at home on the pickup day. When the pickup person arrives, hand over all the packages. No payment is required.

  • If You Live in an Apartment

    • If your building requires a key card or key for entry, please leave a note on the gate’s doorbell with the following details: pickup confirmation code, apartment number, your contact number, and your name.

    • Also, place a note on your apartment door indicating you are waiting at home.

    • If there is no response after knocking, instruct the pickup person to call your phone number (e.g., “If no answer, please call xxx”).

  • Door person and Mailroom Instructions

    • If you have a doorman, notify them and ask them to remind the pickup person to collect your packages.

    • If your building has a dedicated mailroom, consider placing your parcels there with a note instructing staff to hand the packages to the pickup person.

    • In a secure environment, you may also leave your packages at your doorstep.

  • Pickup Personnel Contact and Schedule Changes

    • Pickup personnel usually do not call you proactively.

    • If there is a change in their schedule requiring them to come outside the reserved time window, they will call you in advance to confirm the new pickup time.

  • If Pickup Is Delayed or Missing

    • If the scheduled pickup time passes and no pickup personnel contacts you, please call FedEx Customer Service at 800-463-3339. Ask to be transferred to a live agent and provide your pickup confirmation number. FedEx headquarters will then coordinate with the pickup staff.

  • Cancelling or Rescheduling Pickup

    • If you cannot complete the pickup on the scheduled day, please contact us at least one business day in advance to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so may result in additional pickup fees.

  • Pickup Days and Alternative Options

    • Pickup is only available on business days. If you cannot be home during the pickup window, consider:

      • Entrusting a roommate to hand over the packages;

      • Leaving your packages in the mailroom, with the doorman, or at your apartment door, along with a note for the pickup person;

      • If none of these options are possible, you may drop off your packages yourself at a nearby FedEx office, which often operates on Saturdays.
