1. Insurance Coverage
Upon arrival at our warehouse facilities, all luggage and packages are automatically covered by complimentary insurance provided by us. This insurance covers damages, theft, and loss of items while they are stored within our premises. The insurance coverage is provided up to 100 USD per package.
2. Additional Insurance Options
Customers have the opportunity to purchase additional insurance coverage beyond the complimentary 100 USD limit. This additional coverage allows for higher compensation in the event of damages, theft, or loss of stored items. The cost of additional insurance will be communicated to the customer and can be added to their storage fee.
3. Deduction of Insurance Fee
If a customer chooses to purchase additional insurance, the corresponding insurance fee will be deducted from their storage fee at the time of payment. This deduction will be clearly outlined on the invoice provided to the customer.
4. Platform Liability Exclusion
We operates as a platform facilitating warehousing services. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of stored items within our facilities, we expressly disclaim any liability for damages, theft, or loss occurring after items have been received into our warehouse.
5. Limitation of Liability
The liability of Movingkite is strictly limited to providing warehousing services and managing insurance coverage. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising before the storage of items within our facilities.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are encouraged to review the terms and conditions of the insurance coverage provided by Movingkite to make informed decisions about additional insurance options. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their stored items are adequately insured.
7. Disclaimer
While we strives to provide the best possible service and protection for stored items, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all risks. Customers acknowledge and accept that the storage of items within our facilities is at their own risk.
8. Acceptance
By utilizing the warehousing services provided by Movingkite, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this warehousing insurance clause.
